Can i use my cellphones bought and used here in the phils. To dubai?

I have two cellphones that i actively use here in the phils. One is a samsung 310 and the other one is a sony ericsson k750i. Both are opened line. My question is, can i use one of these phones to dubai? I am planning of buying just a simcard there. Coz the other phone that i have, i’l be using it for my philippine roaming. i hope someone can help me and give advice. Thanks!
