chemwebs !! 8:50,,,had those here for 5 years pop up mostly in spring with a warmday rapidly shifting to a cold blast ,I have found webs in greenery on blooming lilaic with floweres undamaged but burns on leaves like holes ,those stems burnt slowly died to ground leavl..tips of treebranches burnt stop growth as well ..
