I have a sony erricson k850i cybershot phone. i recently changed my sim plan and since then a symbol has come on the screen that hasn't been there before. Its a blue box with a H in the middle. I have no idea what it is but i want it off cause it's bugging me...help!!!

I've seen this mobile on a website just the phone with no sim, I'd like to buy it, but I'm not sure if I can go into the 02 shop and get a Pay as you go sim card, as I want to use a different one to my present one, can anyone help please?

I called orange (mobile phone company) to register my debit card, so i can top up with out keep going to the shop, But when they asked me for my name they said that i wasn't the registered owner of this number / phone... i have had this same number / sim card for years, which my partner brought from me. i gave the orange operator my partners name (incase it was registered in her name) but no it's not registered in her name either. So is there any way of finding out who my phone is registered to? This phone was brought from a shop "new"
