  1. You should see the bus drivers in China.. now thats china skilled drivers for you! :)

  2. Texting while driving is a SMALL part of a larger problem…….how about applying make-up while driving? Letting your pet loose in the car while driving? Eating while driving?

Its very easy to focus on texting, because “teenagers” do it………what about all the stupid **** that people who are old enough to know better do?

Legislation should be focused on “distracted” driving…….not texting.

  3. yet the city of san antonio has not inforce texxing bans while driving

  4. I recently too my littlest sister to get her driver’s license. You wait for a couple hours, then you take a 60 minute drug test (a bunch of questions such as what are the penalties for drinking and driving). Finally, the main test. You have to get at least 15/20 sign questions correct, and 15/20 driving questions. The driving questions are completely random and sometimes have useless questions like “What is the max truck weight allowed to cross a railroad?”.If you fail you retake it for $10 a try

  5. haha i’d of kicked that dudes *** in the middle of the highway for hitting my car like that.

  6. like he has so much going for him lol

  7. People out in the country can’t, or own horses etc..

  8. @vivid1234 Thats CA. I wish I lived down there. I think I would smoke far too much weed though hahah.

  9. that’s so sad, would of been worst had someone with a little 4 door sudan with a small build been in front of him with a new born infant in the back seat, people just need to ride bikes!!!!! no more cars!

  10. Well thats the drivers fault, dont blame it on the US, and the drivers ed organizations

  11. @tomiscool243: I wish it was true in CA. you take 1 written test and 1 test behind the wheel which takes about 10 minutes. no class, no nothing. it takes longer to wait in line at the DMV than the actual “exam”.

the result shows later on the streets.

  12. @vivid1234 gonna have to disagree with you. at least in good ol MA student drivers now need 24 hours of drivers ed class, 12 hours behind the wheel, and 12 observation hours. On top of the 500 at least for the classes it is quite a remarkable feat to get your license here

  13. @dabambz

Yeah cause pilots never use techonolgy instead of paying attention. . . lol

    Keep up with the nes.

  14. It was the short bus. Now she can say the shortbus ran her over. thats messed up.

I’ve seen a truck driver reading a BOOK while driving. He had his head down for quite a long time..I’m sure he does it on a daily basis. I think phones should become inactive when a car is in drive. I think that would be the most effective thing. May not be what a lot of people would want..but it would defiently eliminate a lot of wrecks we are seeing these days.

  17. true

  18. @dabambz: true. especially in the US where every swinging **** can get a license for $10. worst drivers in the world.

  19. @JacktheSmack: are you proud of yourself? you are one of those whores people have to honk on when green lights up.

  20. In order to completely iliminate deaths caused by texting, we must completely iliminate text ability to “ALL” cell phones. Make them to where the only way one can talk with someone is to call them by using bluetooth or a wire head set. And if one can’t handle the set back, then they have no right to use a cell phone period. This will reduce the amts of accidents. If you want to contact someone “CALL THEM. Both hands on the steering wheel. Both eyes on traffic at all times. There, prob. solved.

  21. Myself and my sister text while waiting at a light, but never while the vehicle is moving.

  22. @dmorgan39 That is true. If the driver wasnt texting this crash would not have happened. Behavior like this is exactly why Transit Authorities lately have a zero tolerance policy about cell phone use of all types while driving a transit vehicle. Meaning. They are fired the first time they are caught using a cell phone while driving. And some companies dont even allow drivers to bring cell phones because of this kinda behavior.

  23. If that happened more people would walk and that means more robbery.

  24. The solution is simple. Make automobile licensing as challenging as getting a private pilot license. There would be fewer people on the road and those that passes are more responsible and skilled drivers. They will also have more respect for the road and other motorists.

  25. I am 100% behind this Driving While Texting (DWT) is deadly. There is a solution! Lets all spread the word about this solution. The last thing we need is someone DWT and crash into us.
